With a remarkable track record, including growing his first business to over 250 employees and listing it on the London Stock Exchange, Graeme brings a wealth of experience.
After selling his first business, Graeme reflected on the handful of individuals who made an impact. This sparked an idea: "What if we only had those ten people?" Armed with this ultra-lean approach, he founded Brilliant Assessments, trading traditional corporate bloat for a streamlined, nimble, and extraordinarily efficient team.
