Bring your brand to Brilliant Assessments
A brilliant assessment is one you can put your stamp on. So perhaps it’s not surprising that white labeling is one of our most-loved features.
White labeling means you can fully brand your assessments by adding your logo to login screens, assessment pages, and reports and customize your colors, fonts, domains, and much more. This gives you significant control over how your assessments look, feel, and are received - and we include it in every subscription at no extra cost.
Below, learn more about why white labelling is key to reinforcing brand identity, building participant trust, and delivering a consistent, professional experience.

The value of branding your assessments
Bringing your brand to assessment influences trust, enhances professionalism, and even creates opportunities for business growth.
Trust & Professionalism
People are far more likely to engage with and trust assessments from familiar brands they recognize, rather than third-party platforms. This becomes especially important when handling sensitive data, as respondents must feel confident that their information is secure and managed by a trusted source. When your assessments align with your brand, it sends a message that you’re invested in your company’s identity.
Commercialization
Adding your brand to assessments also opens up opportunities for commercialization. Branded assessments are more valuable for reselling, as they carry the weight of your reputation. Your brand can also be kept on resold assessments as a watermark for brand awareness. Additionally, templates can be shared with partners, allowing them to adapt and apply their branding, creating further collaboration and revenue generation opportunities.
What can be white labeled within Brilliant Assessments?
Customizing your assessments ensures that components - like logos, colors, fonts, and backgrounds - match your brand. The following white-labeling options make assessments look like they’re genuinely yours:
Logos
Your logo can be added to various areas of Brilliant Assessments, including the login screen, assessment builder, and throughout the assessments themselves. There are multiple placement options, such as the header, footer, organization response, and portal. Multiple logos can also be added to the top banner, allowing both your brand and a partner’s logo to be displayed in the same assessment.
Assessment Backgrounds
Background images or solid colors can be set for your assessments. Backgrounds are mobile-responsive and remain fixed in place as you scroll your assessment. Transparency settings for the assessment panel can also be adjusted to ensure content remains legible against the background.
Portal Login
The login page is often your manager’s or partner’s first contact point with your assessments, making it an important area for branding. Our latest update of this allows you to set images that can occupy half of the login page, offering more space for your branding or messaging. These images adjust or disappear on mobile devices to optimize the user experience.
Domains
You can connect your Brilliant Assessment to a sub-domain (e.g., assessment.yourdomain.com) – so the links also match your brand. Setting up emails from your domain also helps prevent assessment communications from landing in spam folders. This is super easy to set up with guided instructions for Gmail and Office 365. Other providers can be linked with the help of their support team.
Results Pages
In results pages, fonts and colors can be adjusted for containers, tiles, and ratings to ensure they align with your brand’s style. Colors can be set for ratings as well, so your charts stay on brand.
Colors
There are various places where you can control the colors used in your assessments and the builder. The default color sets the color for links, buttons, and main menus. At the assessment level, add a background color and set the question panel color (or make it transparent). You can also assign default colors for text in sections, subsection, questions, and answers.
Site Text Customization
Site text ensures consistency across all communications. This is also helpful for notifications such as successful purchases and completion notices and repetitive text like business descriptions in reports or terms and conditions.
White Labelling for Partners
The Partner Portal gives partners and customers a separate experience for managing their responses and cohorts, offering a high level of control and flexibility. Partners can add their logos and customize colors, ensuring the portal reflects their branding. It’s also possible to turn white labeling off for partner portals if you want your brand to be kept on the assessment and portal experience.
Fonts
Fonts for sections, subsections, questions, answers, and results pages can be customized from a wide selection of Google Fonts and other web-friendly options. Font sizes can also be controlled to maintain consistency across all assessment elements. Because our feedback PDF reports are designed in Word, you can manage styles to align with other brand templates and documents.
