Deliver outstanding feedback reports to your clients

Brilliant Assessments’ unique point of difference is the feedback report, which is usually automatically generated upon completion of the assessment for individuals or after the completion date for cohorts.

Increase Feedback Accuracy

Building a complex and comprehensive assessment doesn’t mean creating spreadsheets full of formulas. In fact, even for the most highly detailed assessments, we’ve found that not a single manual calculation is usually required. Brilliant Assessments uses tried-and-true, automated calculations based on scores and ratings assigned to each question and answer. This enables our Brilliant customers to report on complex combinations without the risk of human error.

Enable self-service and iterative feedback

Respondents or assessment partners can initiate and purchase new assessments directly. Each time an assessment is initiated, the feedback report can be set up to show differences between the iterations and measure ongoing improvement.

Perfect for various
certification models

Repondent-led
Certifications

A user-led certification is when a respondent completes an assessment to qualify themselves or their organization. If the user attains a high enough score, they achieve the certification. This method is best used for individual-level certifications or where there is a clear and credible representative of a group (such as a head of the department) to complete the assessment.

Consultant-Led
Certifications

A consultant-led certification is when a consultant completes the assessment on behalf of the organization. As with the user-led certification, the client attains the certification if the score is high enough. This is particularly useful if the certification content requires specialist knowledge or contains jargon.

Cohort-based
Certifications

A cohort-based certification is where the combined scores of a cohort define whether the organization attains the certification. This can be a powerful tool for ensuring the credibility of your certification and driving buy-in to the objectives of the assessment across the cohort that drives the outcome.

Review a cohort

A consultant or assessor can also deliver feedback based on a cohort’s response in an assessment format. This can be set up to include cohort results for reference.

Deliver cycles of feedback

In Brilliant Assessments, a respondent can complete the assessment and return it to the consultant for review and feedback. Comments and added information can be cycled between the consultant and the user up to eight times to generate a final feedback report and score.
